The design process is a collaborative effort between our talented designers and our clients.
Whether you have worked with a professional designer before or not, we can help you through to the successful conclusion of your project. We can also work with our clients branding consultants, professional writers, and advertising agencies. We can apply our unique web knowledge to transfer successful campaigns to the web, and tell you when they won't work!
Our process is easy to follow and ensures ample communication at all steps. It is your site and we expect your participation!
Initial Meeting: At the initial meeting we review your communication strategy, current marketing material, and discuss the unique aspects of your project. This includes your desires
Research: The designer will research your competitors, suppliers and industry specific sites to determine their strengths, weaknesses, and technology they are using. This process helps the designer develop an understanding of your industry and provide another viewpoint.
Development: Once the designer has completed the research, he can begin to develop concepts for your site. Each concept has to be weighed against your communication strategy and market positioning. The concept can be as simple as variations on a homepage to layouts through the entire shopping process
Refinement: Once the concept has been established, refinement begins. At the end of the refinement process, you will have a static version of your site from the homepage through to the completion of the order.
Production: During the refinement your needs have been firmly established and the implementation estimate can be finalized. During production you will be asked to review and approve features at each stage.
