Customer Support Specialist (KAM0210-01)

You will be training and supporting our extensive client base from novice computer users to experienced designers who want to push the limits of our software. Using phone and web based training tools, you will help our clients make the most of our content management and eCommerce software. With the knowledge you gain assisting our customers, you will assist our development team to identify and resolve usability and functional challenges to continually improve the customer experience.

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and oral  
• An ability to build strong relationships with clients 
• Methodical trouble shooting skills 
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design. 
• Understanding of the challenges of various web platforms
• Ability to work with clients to assess their needs and communicate effectively
• A strong desire to  work with  customers  as they  develop and maintain effective web sites.
• Good time management and adaptability for our fast paced environment
• A willingness, desire, and ability to learn quickly

This is a full time, continuing position with benefits based in our Kamloops office. Salary commensurate with experience.

Web Designer (DES0210-02)

We require a creative, enthusiastic, and talented designer with strong Photoshop and CSS skills to develop designs for customers using SiteCM CMS and CommerceCM.  Our clients range from small homebased or single location businesses, to leading national and international retailers and manufacturers.  As the lead designer on staff, you will also work with our Resellers to ensure that they fully understand the flexibility and capabilities of our two leading SaaS products so that they can realise their artistic vision. 

With hundreds of licensees and dozens of Resellers relying on our software, this is a vitally important, highly visible roll that has a big impact on customer satisfaction and our continued success. 

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral  
• An ability to work well with a team 
• Experience with database driven web developmentt 
• Good understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Dreamweaver and Photoshop
• Understanding of the challenges of various web platforms
• Good time management and adaptability for our fast paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines
• A willingness, desire, and ability to learn quickly

This is a full time, continuing position with benefits based in either our Kamloops or Vancouver office. Salary commensurate with experience.
